DNG and the hormonal diet really changed the way I eat and look at foods. I started the questionnaire and was surprised that I was eating a lot of wrong foods for my body type. Once I learned what was right for me thanks to the hormonal program, I was shocked to see that I lost weight on the first week, whereas, after months and months of exercise and strict

 Training with Denise apart from being good fun and great company has helped me relieve stress, sleep better and after all improve my overall health and fitness level.  She is dedicated and very customer oriented.  It helps to be reminded that I need to be on time or that I should take something to eat before I go for my personal training with her.  She varies the program very well since I was not after a specific area of training but a general over all fitness.  Every session was a surprise, some good and some bad (because she pushed me damn hard).
My life did change and so did my wardrobe as I had a substantial increase in the size of my chest and my shirts kept getting tighter.  She kept me going twice a week for two years. 
 I strongly recommend her and one suggestion is to leave it up to her.  Tell her your goal and the rest she will see to.  Don’t ever contradict her even if you are paying to get yourself smashed.

Three years ago I started attending training where I had Denise Nicole Grixti as my personal trainer,  in less than a year i lost 20 kilos, recovered from knee injury thus started jogging again after 10 years of no sporting activity.
My health has recovered alot since I met Denise and worked out her work outs. In these last three years I learned how to live on a balanced diet with the help and constant monitoring by Denise.
Most of all Denise is a patient and very pleasant person, understanding and very well educated person. I used to be a rugby player where training was tough and hard, i didnt want to undergo the same type of training to get back my fitness, but amazingly in a short time and dedication from my personal trainer i achieved good results.

I work in a very sedentary job, which meant that my fitness level was very low to start with - jogging for 1 minute on the treadmill a struggle.

I have been training with Denise for a few months and I have already noticed the difference in my body shape and fitness. I have noticed that I am able to do things that at the start of my time with Denise were just not possible. I have noticed the little things like walking to the station in the mornings has become easier and faster for me. Denise makes training enjoyable, (and I never thought I would say that) even though she is tough, she is always encouraging and always makes the training interesting, different each session and always individual to me. I always come away feeling happier in myself - even though at the start of the session I might have been in a dreadful mood. I enjoy the chats we have whilst training it makes training something to look forward to. On a personal level I find Denise a great person to work with as she is always encouraging, cheerful, and she really seems to care how well I am going and how I am feeling. Have been workin out with Denise for the last 4 years in which I drastically changed my life from a 130Kg loosing more than 40kg of body fat! From running to circuit training to Kinesis and stretching out... she knows how to keep motivation on, she helped me change to a healthier life during non-training hours and even lended me health and fittness realted books to read, we shared new info/articles/workouts and still do even if we are 2000km apart. I also managed to quit smoking to be able to increase my workout intensity!

Hi my name is Ed, I am construction project manager and live and work in and around London. I approached Denise in my local gym to try and gain a better body shape and physique. I was physically fit but didn't look very good body shape wise. After a consultation with Denise, she started me on a PT programme with her that focused on muscle definition i the upper body areas. the continuous hour long sessions really worked with me as it kept me focused and works on the main parts of my body that needed attention, without the distraction of wandering around the gym thinking what to do. Lower weights and higher reps really worked to help me notice a change in my body shape. I was impressed that after a few months I could see a real change in my upper body shape. I feel much more confident now especially in the gym, it means i dont have to feel self concious walking around not knnowing what i am doing or looking out f shape while doing it. It also means thatI cna wear clothes that fit me rather than hide my body. I wold recommend Denise to anyone. she is friendly, approachable and delivers the results that i was after. Therefore I would hope my friends and family took the same route that I did to improve themselves.

Denise is a very energetic, dedicated and professional personal trainer. I have been working out with her for quite some time now and she has always prioritised my needs. I have been very happy to get personal training form her, she is always listening to me and plans ahead. She is a fun person, very bright and very dedicated, she knows what is best for my body and my health. I managed to get more fit and even at times when I was on antibiotics she provided me with a tailor-made exercise plan that suited me and my body perfectly well. She always combines exercises, it can never get boring, she makes sure you work out hard and she also encourages you on your weaker days. I would absolutely recommend her.

I have been training with Denise since the start of the year. She has helped me in many ways and is a very knowledgeable and skillful trainer.

When i started seeing Denise i had been suffering with terrible back pain and wasn't sure if going to a personal trainer would help, well i was wrong! Denise really listened to what the problem was & more importantly how i felt about it, she modified the session to take into account for the pain.

I am under no doubt Denise has got my back to where it is now which is practically pain free! 

No two sessions are the same and i look forward to what Denise has planned for me although on the odd occasion i really don't feel like going as feel tired but after an hour with Denise i feel fantastic and energized.

Denise motivates, encourages and gets me to push myself without being forceful, she always knows the right thing to say to get me moving faster, every session is enjoyable.

I really enjoy the sessions.. even though they are tough (as should be) We are encouraged and motivated to carry on. The exercises vary and we use all our body muscles in each session. I'm seeing improvement on what I can now do from all that I couldn't do when we first started. A real free-good workout in a very friendly setting. The trainer is super... very welcoming. Well done!!
